Our Proven Process
When you contact us, we’ll schedule one of our experts to meet you at your home and discuss your concerns, inspect the interior and exterior for visible damage such as leaks, storm damage, or aging shingles.
While we are on site, we will take photos and use these in collaboration with satellite imaging for roofing measurements. With this, we will provide you a detailed breakdown of tear off and disposal, warranties and permits, and a timeline to get your project completed with no hidden fees or costs.
Once this is completed, we will show you our lineup of products that can be installed on your roof and the level of protection they provide. This will allow us to create our estimate for your project.
Once you approve our estimate, we will handle product order and permits and will check with the forecast to determine when we can complete your roof. We will also discuss what we can do to get your home ready for the repair, such as moving your vehicles and pets.
On the day of installation, our we will protect your property, remove old roofing, and install your new roofing to the manufacturers specifications. We will follow this up with a thorough site clean up. Most jobs are completed in 1-2 days based on weather and the size of the project.
After cleanup has been completed, we will conduct a walkthrough to explain the work completed and provide all the necessary warranty information.
With approval, we will collect final payment and continue to be available for any and all questions for maintenance and warranty support, as we stand behind our work.

Most projects: We come to your home, measure, take photos, sketch ideas right in front of you on our iPad, and co-create the perfect plan together.
Special cases (additions, load-bearing walls, whole-home remodels): Once your Design Agreement is paid, we complete all structural engineering, detailed drawings, and material selections first—so when we present your final quote, there are zero surprises.Your Fixed-Price Proposal & Material Specification Sheet
You receive one clear, written proposal that includes:Every detail of the design and scope Exact material selections (cabinet style, quartz, tile, fixtures—everything locked in) Firm pricing good for 30 days Estimated start date and project timeline Exact material arrival dates once ordered You’ll know the total investment and exactly when your project will start and finish before you ever sign the construction contract.
Contract & Deposit → We Get to Work
Love the plan and ready to move forward? A 50% deposit reserves your spot on our calendar. The moment it’s received, we order all materials and lock in your subcontractors. Construction begins on the exact date we promised.
Progress Payments & Final Walk-Through
Simple, transparent payment schedule:50% at contract signing (already paid) 30% at “rough-in” completion (plumbing, electrical, framing, insulation done) 15% at substantial completion (cabinets, flooring, paint—your home is looking amazing) Final 5% after your final walk-through and any punch-list items are 100% complete
